Responsibilities include preparing all production paperwork and run-of-show materials, attending planning and coordination meetings with internal teams, clients, and sponsors, and overseeing the full execution of live events ranging from 2–4 hours in length. This role ensures that every production element runs smoothly — from talent coordination and technical operations to timing and content delivery — while also guaranteeing that sponsorship and partner requirements are fully integrated into the broadcast.
